You agree to use these services at all times in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below and any notices, warnings or disclaimers posted by REALISTIK’s (“Local Notices”). The Local Notices are part of this User Agreement.

CHANGES

Offensive or inappropriate behaviour, violation of copyrights, illegal activity or use of indecent language may cause REALISTIK.BIZ, at its sole discretion, to suspend or deny access to REALISTIK.BIZ by User.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

The downloading, retransmission or copying of material on this site is not allowed unless specifically stated that the article is not copyright material and/or permission is given on the page. No redistribution, retransmission, or public redisplay by users, and no commercial exploitation is allowed.

POSTED MATERIALS

We reserve the right to remove from REALISTIK.BIZ or modify any posted materials at its sole discretion for any reason.

INDEMNITY

User agrees that use of the Service is entirely at the User’s own risk. This service and content is available and provided “As Is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for accuracy of information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service. REALISTIK does not make any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITED LIABILITY

User acknowledges that REALISTIK.BIZ is a free service, and there is no special legal or business relationship between User and REALISTIK. Accordingly, REALISTIK will not and shall not be liable for any damages, losses or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, transmission or operational delays, inability to gain access to or use of the Service, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or under any other cause or claim in law or equity. OTHER USERS

GENERAL

This Legal Agreement, together with the Property Agreement and the Local Notices, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral between REALISTIK.BIZ and its representatives and User.
