Drive is another word for ambition. It is a hunger for success, a fire in your belly. Unlike the other six traits, drive is hard to acquire if you don't already have it. Some people gain ambition through financial hardship or humiliating setbacks. They are driven by the need to prove or redeem themselves. But many more are simply born with it. Drive gives you the power to overcome obstacles, slough off rejection, and endure disappointment.
